There are hundreds of different exercises that are effective for fat burning, and you could spend hours in the day doing them all, but I’m pretty sure your lifestyle doesn’t allow for that. Most people are short of time every day to get done what they would like to, so exercise time is limited, just because something has to give.
Now the good news is that a combination of different exercises can be completed in about 15 minutes that give you a good workout, and will help to burn that fat. By doing a variety of exercises, you are making sure that you use more muscle groups, and that will help with your overall fitness level, improving your flexibility and endurance as well as building strength. But before you start these, you need to check with your physician that this exercise program is suitable for you.
Jesse Cannone, an author and personal trainer recommends the following fat burning routine that takes him about 13 minutes.
For one minute he does jumping jacks, followed by 15 -20 repetitions of bodyweight squats ( if you are advanced, then make these one-leg squats.
For the next minute, jog on the spot, kicking your heels back to kick your rear. Then do the hamstring floor bridge for 15-20 repetitions.
The next 15-20 reps are with you lying on the floor, with your arms out to the side, lift your legs and your chest off the floor.
For one minute, jog on the spot, lifting up your knees as high as you can. Follow this with 15-20 stationary lunges.Then it is 20 torso rotations, in each direction.
Follow this with side bends or reaches, with 20 for each direction.Then wall sit for as long as you can, and then do as many dips as you can, using a chair, bench or stairs.
As you can tell, this gives you a really good fast workout, that will have you losing fat in no time. If you are not sure what an exercise is, do a different one, and switch your exercises every week or so, so that you do not get bored by the constant repetitions. This is a very do-able workout. It’s quick to do and its effective at burning that body fat, plus it doesn’t need lots of different equipment. It is something that you can do at home at any time.
